The name says it all. Chris and team are so easy to work with, they know their stuff and get right to the work at hand. They identified issues promptly and took care of most things right away but need to come back to do some digging as we have a leaking pipe. However they managed to keep that area isolated so all other zones are working. Honest and professional all around, would highly recommend - will be using them for openings and closings from now on. Excellent experience! From the start there was great communication and they arrived exactly when they said. The price was very reasonable as compared to others and the service was better. They took the time to align all of our sprinkler heads addressing some of our concerns about overspray on sidewalks while also maximizing coverage to reach areas that needed it. They even replaced a few sprinkler heads for us to better water the plants and grass in one area. I would highly recommend Laid Back Lawn Sprinklers!
2nd time using Laid Back Lawn Sprinklers. They arrived on time and opened my sprinklers for 2025. They had access to my garage while I was away on vacation. Trustworthy and LBS waited for my payment 10 days after the work was completed upon my return. Adjusted the scheduler and made sure heads were working properly. I will use them a 3rd time in the Fall.
